Loretta is a Certified Property Manager with over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. Before joining Levy Realty Advisors in 2012, she was the Director of Property Manager for a diversified private equity real estate firm where she managed a portfolio of 2,000,000 square feet in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Florida, consisting of power centers with national tenants, such as Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, class “B” office buildings, warehouses, freestanding, commercially zoned buildings and a 200-acre premier office park. After earning an Associates of Arts Degree in Business Management, she completed undergraduate courses in Communications at The Penn State University. In addition to her CPM designation, she earned the Accredited On-Site Manager designation (ARM), as recognized by the Institute of Real Estate Management and was a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), through the National Center of Housing Management. Loretta manages and leases property in our North Broward and Palm Beach County portfolio, consisting of industrial flex, warehouse, and Class A & B office buildings.
